Packaging and Shipping

 

1. Shipping location

  • We only offer shipping in the Philippines at the moment.
  • Shipping times and costs may vary, depending on the courier you choose as well as the weight of your order. We offer Gogo Express and MCFA as courier options. If you prefer to track your order, kindly choose Gogo Express. You may also add delivery notes to your order.
  • You will be notified via email that your order has been picked up and is on its way to you. If you chose Gogo Express, the notification will also include the tracking number.

2. Shipping estimates

  • We schedule pickups once or twice a week. Chosen courier can take 3-14 days from date of pickup.

  • We will ship at least once a week.

  • We're not yet full-time sellers; we have day jobs so it might take time for us to reply. We appreciate your patience and please know that we will attend to your message as soon as possible.

  • For Metro Manila orders, courier can take 1-3 business days after date of pickup. 
  • For orders outside of Metro Manila, courier can take 5-7 business days after date of pickup. 
  • Delays can occur due to weather changes, holidays, and other factors beyond our control.
  • Please ensure that the shipping address you'll provide is complete and accurate. We won't be responsible for delays, especially for packages tagged as "incomplete address." If there are any changes when it comes to your address, kindly let us know right away after ordering so that we can update your information and shipping costs.

3. Free shipping on orders above Php 3,500, capped at Php 200 for shipping*

  • We offer free shipping on orders above Php 3,500* nationwide (as long as the courier is able to serve your area).
  • *Kindly take note that free shipping is capped at Php 200. Any excess amount will have to be shouldered by the customer. 

4. Pre-order

  • Upsized candles for scents tagged as "for pre-order" can take 1-2 weeks to make. We will ship it once it's ready.

5. Exchange and return policy

  • There won't be a replacement of items once the order has been submitted. Kindly double-check before ordering.

  • There won't be a change of scents or variants once an order has been submitted. Kindly double-check before ordering.

  • We don't allow return-of-items.
  • If the courier returns your package due to "incomplete or wrong address," you will have to pay the shipping fee again when the package is returned to us.
  • If we send a variant by mistake, we'll refund the cost of the variant. 

6. Same-day shipping

  • We can accommodate same-day shipping, depending on our schedule and availability. Kindly inquire on Instagram if we can offer you a slot for the day.
  • We will pack your order in paper bag instead of our usual boxes, unless the quantity or travel route requires the use of boxes.
  • Customer will have to book and pay with their chosen courier.

6. Packaging

  • We usually pack our items with clean, recycled materials, and we had this in mind while pricing the items. Only proceed with your order is this is okay with you.
  • We will pack your order with utmost care and consideration. Damages incurred while in transit are beyond our control. If you wish to have the parcel insured, please let us know before payment.
