It starts off weird; its sweetness almost rattling. Then it morphs with each and every light.

Viscous slabs of cream and smoky memories. Nuances of flavored cigarettes in passenger seats, the scent of imagined latte creating an intoxicating mix. Quite possibly, crisp meringue dessert or childhood candy to cap the taste. Notes almost confuse, and you begin to wonder how the blend formed itself.

You try to pin it, no matter how fleeting. I’d like one serving of calm, however brief it may be.
