It starts off raspy, grainy, almost a dusting of gritty powder at the back of my throat.
Then it hones into silk—pillowy, soft, and melting in the air like its own dessert cloud. Kinako Dust is nutty, milky, and dense, just like the humbly crumbly soybean flour.
