Uji Matcha Liquid Aura (balance)

At first i wasnt sure, pero it grew on me! This is the kind of scent i wouldnt really wear that much pero whenever i smell this, a specific scenario always came to mind. Imagine in a trad japanese house and a cup of authentic steaming hot green tea! The weather is maybe a bit cloudy or not even cloudy, just not sunny or hot and just outside of the house is surrounded by trees. This scent is very grounding, it send a calming vibe and i really love it!

To me, this smells very bitter and i use this to layer with my other freshy, citrusy or even with some of my lactonic and sweet scents!

I bought this kase i heard that it would be discontinued soon kaya i had to grab one bottle, i saved a lot money for this kahit na this is out of my budget lolol.

My heart broke when I got the email of this being discontinued. I grabbed the100ml as a back up bottle. Photorealistic ceremonial grade matcha from a tea ceremony in Kyoto. Earthy, bitter and slightly nutty. This comforts me on hectic/toxic days and helps me focus on tasks on hand.
If you have been looking for a scent like that I left 2 30 ml bottles and resisted hoarding to give others a chance to grab theirs. Will miss this scent so bad.

Earthy and sweet! Smells like a freshly opened tin of matcha ☺️

Just goes to show you how scent really is a very personal and subjective experience! While the earthiness was too much for me, my frag friends absolutely loved it! Even picking up on some coconut notes I initially didn’t. I bet that this is a very realistic earthy matcha but ultimately it is not for me.

This transported me back to Japan. Subtly sweet, so earthy, and nutty. Unlike other matcha scents I've tried that leans more to fresh and grassy notes, this was deep and very umami forward. Feels grounding as soon as you smell it.
