After spraying on my wrist and letting settle for a bit, I have to be honest, it smells exactly like chocolate milk, so much so I was very much tempted to lick my wrist. This is the scent that really made fall in love with Imperfect Scents.

First few sprays after receiving the samples, it smelled like alcohol at the top, but that goes away after I let it rest for a couple more days. Then it just goes straight into the chocolate milk. And dries down to a gentler scent I can’t get enough off.

(Actually from the two milk-ey smaples I got, Chocklit milk and Sakura Latte, it seems like Imperfect Scents has got the milk smell down pat. Not like the aggressive cloying hawhaw thing some perfumers tend to go with, but a subtle nod to it, the way babies smell of milk?)

Will prolly buy a full bottle in the next months.

Truly, it’s like I’m kneeling at a Booksale, on the hunt for Star Trek paperbacks and other gems I can’t find brand new.

It smells exactly like the inside of a book gathering years, if a hint of sweet but that’s part of the pros. I’m just a casual enjoyer of scents but I’d say this is masculine leaning. Musky, sweet, nostalgic.

But for anyone that loves the magic of a physical book, I think will find this a very comforting scent. I do.

(For anyone trying out any of IS’ liquid auras, I find it best to let it sit n rest for a couple of days to let the scent reveal itself more, before trying it out. It is worth the wait.)

this scent is just as described -- smells like freshly washed laundry and bonus that it reminds me of my tita :) it's very comforting and wears well throughout the day

I saw a review saying it became part of their nightly routine and i couldnt agree more! the heavy lavander on the opening calms me down and it becomes milkier on the dry down. love it a lot!!

The Oyster's Pearl Liquid Aura (prosperity)

This is my everyday scent! I wish you sell bigger bottles!

I must agree that it’s an acquired taste. My first bottle was given to me as a gift by my good friend. At first spritz, it wasn’t love at first sight, the “ice”, as named, confuses me I expected something stronger but it was subtle. Then it dried down to herbal tea scent, similar to an Osmanthus oolong tea but darker, then finally it complimented my skin scent. I gradually learn to love it, even more than I should.

As a matter of fact, the intention put in this scent made me rekindle a relationship. Things were better afterwards. Like the scent, and my journey with it, it was gradual but it feels the intention to choose each other lasts.

I absolutely love the scent. At first spray, the floral introduction came to me as a surprise, then gradually it dries down to buttery soft sweet scent with hint of salt as if I was transported to cafe filled with bouquet. The scent seems to last more than 2 hours, as I initially expected, but despite attending Calisthenics class with all my sweat dripping around my shirt the scent stayed. I also seem to attract attention whilst wearing this scent.

Hokkaido Milk Liquid Aura (energy and play)

Been a fan of this scent. It smells vanillaish but softer. Not a masculine smell and it's just right.

Loved this scent the 1st time I tried it. Very reminiscent of an expensive lobby smell. It's just right and not strong. I would say that the smell could work for both men and women.

I'm into rice notes lately, and I like how the rice is prominent at the onset though it's not as apparent on the dry-down, This is one of those scents that's more elusive than intrusive. But once you get a whiff of it, it's so calming and comforting. I just wish there's a full bottle available.

It reminds me a lot of Lait concentré from Chabaud Maison de Parfum. Also smells a lot like Haw Haw candy. I got this in a rediscovery set, and it's one of the longer lasting scents I've tested from the set.

When I heard they were phasing out this scent I ran so fast to get the 30mL bottle that's how much I've come to love this perfume. It leaves me feeling so calm and girly that it actually makes me so happy! The scent is also such a subtle head-turner and people told me i smelled so good!! It smells like eating freshly picked strawberries after you just got out of the shower. so thankful to have found this scent before it was gone for good huhuhu.

First of all, props to those working behind the scenes of this brand. From the scent to the art, the packaging everything is really made with love and care for the customer. The scent does smell like their description of a strawberry shortcake. It's not an overwhelmingly sweet perfume and that bright strawberry offsets that really fluffy cake note. Hope they'll make a 100mL version of this!

I was so surprised by how distinct of a memory this scent evokes!! Reminds me of school lunches where I would buy mochi at the canteen
